In relation to conveyancing transactions we guarantee the following:-

1. Waiting - You will not be kept waiting past the appointed time for any meeting that you have with us because we know your time is valuable too.

2. Costs & Expenses - You will receive precise, written details of all fees and expenses up front.  Your payments to us for fees will never exceed our estimate.

3. Surprises - You won’t be ambushed by any unexpected "extra costs" when it’s all over.

4. No minimum - All procedures that should be carried out are in fact carried out.  We don't cut corners which could result in financial problems for you after settlement.

5. Final settlement – Your final settlement will be arranged on a date suitable to you.

6. Communications  - We don’t treat you as just a file number.  You will be fully aware of the progress of your transaction without having to constantly chase us for information.

7. No worries – After you sell, you won’t be bothered by the buyer because of something that wasn’t done.  Or, after you buy and re-sell in several years’ time, you won’t discover difficulties in selling because of problems that should have been detected when you bought.

8. Your address – Our clients come from many different suburbs so we can help you wherever you are.  Today’s communication facilities allow us to contact you promptly and personally regardless of where you live or work.

9. Meetings - When you meet with us you will not be interrupted by other phone calls.

10. Phone calls - If we can't take your call when you phone you won't have to wait "a day and a half" before we ring you back.  We will return your call as soon as we are free but in any event no later than three business hours after you phone.  You also won’t be “given the third degree” by our receptionist.  You’ll be put straight through to the person you want to speak to.

11. Money back - If you don't think we have lived up to your expectations or if you think we have not kept the promises set out in our proposal or this guarantee then we don't expect you to pay our fee.  Just pay for the expenses which you would have to pay for anyway and we'll do the work for nothing.  No questions asked.
